이 약관은 DestiniX(이하 '서비스')의 이용 조건을 안내합니다. 실제 배포 전에 운영자 정보를 채워 넣은 뒤 사용해주세요.

1. 서비스의 성격

서비스는 사주, 별자리, 타로 등 전통 명리학과 점성술 이론을 간이화한 알고리즘으로 재구성한 오락 및 자기 성찰용 콘텐츠입니다. 서비스가 제공하는 모든 결과는 참고용이며, 의학적·법률적·재정적 조언을 대체하지 않습니다.

2. 면책 조항

서비스의 결과를 근거로 한 개인의 판단과 선택, 그로 인한 결과에 대해 서비스 운영자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
사주 계산은 실제 만세력과 차이가 있을 수 있는 간이화된 알고리즘을 사용합니다. 정확한 명리학적 해석이 필요하다면 전문가와 상담하시길 권장합니다.
연애, 재물, 진로, 건강 등 중요한 의사결정은 서비스의 결과만으로 내리지 않으시길 바랍니다.

3. 이용자의 의무

이용자는 본인 또는 상대방(궁합 기능 이용 시)의 정보를 입력할 때, 상대방의 동의를 얻는 것을 권장합니다.
서비스를 타인에게 피해를 주거나 불법적인 목적으로 이용해서는 안 됩니다.
서비스에서 생성한 결과(이미지 저장, 공유 등)를 상업적으로 재판매하는 것은 허용되지 않습니다.

4. 저작권

서비스의 디자인, 텍스트, 코드에 대한 저작권은 운영자에게 있습니다. 이용자가 저장한 결과 이미지는 개인적인 공유 목적으로만 사용할 수 있습니다.

5. 서비스의 변경 및 중단

운영자는 서비스의 내용을 예고 없이 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.

These Terms explain the conditions for using DestiniX (the "Service"). Please fill in your actual operator information before going live.

1. Nature of the Service

The Service offers entertainment and self-reflection content built from simplified algorithms inspired by traditional Chinese astrology (Saju/BaZi), Western astrology, and Tarot. Every result the Service provides is for reference only and is not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice.

2. Disclaimer

The Service's operator is not responsible for personal decisions made based on the Service's results, or for any outcomes of those decisions.
Saju calculations use a simplified algorithm that may differ from a full traditional almanac (manseryeok). For a precise reading, consult a professional.
Please don't base major decisions about love, money, career, or health solely on the Service's results.

3. User obligations

When entering another person's information (for example, in Compatibility mode), we recommend getting that person's consent first.
Do not use the Service to harm others or for any unlawful purpose.
Reselling results generated by the Service (saved images, shared content, etc.) for commercial purposes is not permitted.

4. Copyright

The Service's design, text, and code are owned by the operator. Result images saved by users may be used for personal sharing purposes only.

5. Changes to or discontinuation of the Service

The operator may change or discontinue the Service's content without prior notice.
